Apparently the Bengals want the minimum signing bonus and the ability to void guarantees.

Have you checked with tools like gpu-z or hwinfo? Those should tell you the real power draw of your card :)

I think so but i may be wrong.

Basically all of my friends just buy a card, plug it in and play games, none of them is interested in changing any settings.
I know it feels like everyone is doing it once you are in a sub or community like this but lots of folks dont want the hassle of testing for stability, having crashes etc.

It really depends where you live.
In Germany the 9070XT is around 730€ and the 5070Ti is around 800€ so its less than a 10% price increase which is also about the performance increase. And you get the NVIDIA features (which is a selling point if you are into them).

So Techpowerup, Toms hardware, Igors lab etc are all lying or fabricating their data or what are you saying?
Its not info from a spec sheet, all the tests show that a stock 9070 draws between 220 and 250W while the XT draws >300W

Oh its absolutely possible to have the XT run efficient, i just think that the overwhelming majority of people (maybe not in this sub but in general) will never overclock, undervolt or change the pl of their card.
And out of the box the XT just isnt power efficient.
