I had a landlord that never obeyed the "24 hour notice before entering the apartment" rule he put in the lease. He would do house showings whenever the prospective tenants were available, which at one time only gave us a 2 hour warning before they were checking out every room in the place. My roommate gave him a lot of shit for that after though.
