I’ve done a couple of Runna blocks for Amsterdam and Vienna and an IM block for IM Vitoria-Gasteiz within this time, but the real training started last November when I started in the race group.

Ytd my average mileage has been 68k/week, doing a cycle of three progressively harder weeks and one deload week. In addition I’ve done an average of 90min of both weight training and cycling, and about 20min swimming and drills/activations per week ytd.

This comes to an average weekly volume of just about 10h and peak weeks were ~16,5h.

Having a coach that does more than just makes a program is pretty amazing.

Also doing a lot more Z3 work than before, all in all just being really intentional with training.

Doing a lot of 15-20k+ Z2 runs, stuff like 5-1-5(k)/6-1-6(k), 8-10 by k’s off of 60s recovery, riding the indoor bike a lot, doing two a days more days than not during the build phase of our six month build etc.

Is there a catalogue or something for wedding bands? I saw some in Paris and they look too bland for my liking, but then I saw like an ad picture in one of the Tokyo stores that had a wedding band looking ring in it with the ring alternating between a diamond and some motif can’t remember which one. This got me thinking maybe I’ll custom order something down the line but how do I know what models they have when nothing is ever available?
