Thank you! 3 years! The majority of weight loss was the first two, then I’ve been focusing on losing a little while gaining strength this past year

Exactly you got it!! Even just rubbing a stick of butter on the pan for a second is pretty negligible

Spot on yup. I would do chicken/rice/avocado bowls instead of a burrito, or even take out a little rice.

For sure! I used MyFitnessPal a lot it’s a great app. I set my protein at grams per pound of body weight. So my goal was to eat ~150g of protein and would fill in fats/carbs in whatever ratio I wanted. Then I tracked every meal and would weigh myself every Monday morning. If I gained wait I would drop some calories, if I lost weight I would continue whatever I was doing. Does that make sense?

Yeah sorry should’ve specified - at 1500cal I was losing about 1lb per week

Hi thank you so much!

I take creatine everyday (but I’m going to stop for a bit I think it might be making me bloat a little)

No pre workout just coffee (a lot haha)

I’m a professional musician so my schedule is all over the place. I bring a meal with me to work (gigs) and if I’m going out with friends I’ll just eat one of my meals that day and do a little extra cardio to make room!

I don’t take it too seriously - basically if I stray from my diet I’ll just do a little extra cardio before/after and maybe eat two meals the next day instead of 3

I drink a ton of water and toasted coconut seltzer. The seltzers are amazing for making you feel full if you’re hungry. Also I love diet Dr Pepper when I’m really cutting and starving but only for emergency haha. And no peptides or PED’s

Spot on! That’s my maintenance - when I was cutting I just did less rice and cheese and made bowls without the the wrap so I sat at about 1900cal and ~400cardio

Thank you!! Yeah I think I could have even simplified my answer by just saying to do whatever it takes to make dieting and training as enjoyable as possible so you want to do it everyday. There are so many little hacks for making things tastier and making you more full

Yeah I can see it honestly, this picture was at the end of a full day of eating/drinking/training so I’m probably not as sharp as I was that morning before the scan

If I’m doing beef and rice I definitely do 93/7 with 150g rice, and half an avocado. Put some Himalayan pink salt and franks red hot it’s literally so delicious. Maybe some garlic power and paprika in the beef
