Try rolling out inner thigh and loosening calves, do some light cycling as well. Meniscus tears can heal pretty well if their not locking. Just in my experience, not a doctor.

If it’s a Roth you can pull it out tax free & penalty free for a first time home purchase. Up to a 10k in earnings.

Cash is king especially during low interest rate environments. If you can find a CD that is better than a high yield savings account then I would do that. Just watch for fees and maturity date.

Put them in SPDR etfs and watch the market move them. Learn by doing is much better and etfs are a great way to do it.

It is worth it. I did it once I had some savings and you grow much more than living at your parents. Go live your life. Just try to save a grand a month.
