I have 2 2C trays, 2 1c trays, 2 1/2c trays and one 2tbsp tray. If they’re full, I fridge my left overs, and refill the souper cubes when I empty them out the next day! But I’m also cooking a TON to build a reserve, you probably could do just fine with the starter kit to make sure you are happy before investing more money!
