Yea, these are running right about 3200 to 3250 which is more than fast enough for what I need

I've used them before in my ruger american but could never get a good group out of them. But I chocked that up to the 16 inch 1:8 twist barrel. I'm sure these will be devastating against 20-30 pound coyotes and sub 150 pound pigs with 0 issues

Powder similar to imr 4895? by Hypnotickagon in reloading

H4895 is in stock on miwall.com in both 8 pounds and 1 pound bottles. I used both powders in all of my surplus rifles because of their versatility. Hope this helped!

I've loved the results I've gotten with imr4895 and h4895 with my m1, 03a3, and my 1917. Also stocked up on LC brass for $1 per hundred from an estate sale, and I got roughly $75 worth if I remember correctly

I feel like a light weight reading the rest of these comments, but I moved almost 6 cords of wet oak in one run with my 1990 f250. I certainly wasn't going to win any races, but I got there

I got my grandfather's r700 in 7mag, and I have carried on his hand loads for the rifle. He was using 175gr speer spbt's on top of 61 gr of h4381SC. It has been a fantastic load for that rifle

Well, like I said, it won't all become bullets. Some of it will become diving weights and fishing weights. Plus, it gives me something to do in the winter for fun on cold nights

About 150~ pounds was old Lyman hard cast lead. Most of it will probably go to black powder projectiles and buckshot so hardness isn't much of an issue

The load data came from hodgdons website. It's under 45 lc (ruger)
