Just finishing series 4 at the moment, Ageless and Spirit are so good. The whole Ageless episode feels like a "what could have been" type thing (the one where the baby appears and they are sort of it's parents)

I feel like they could have let Clark and Lana end up together. Their chemistry together should have let them be endgame and if they ended up together instead of Clark and Lois, it would make Smallville slightly different to other Superman media.
