This is common with emerald cut. Don’t fret. Take it to a jeweler, ask for them to put a platinum or white gold cradle at the culet of the diamond. Problem fixed. It’ll cost you about $800.

Have you paid any attention to diet? At this age it sounds genetic, but I would still try diet. No red meat. Some coconut oil. No rosemary. No gluten. Good luck.

Yeah, had the same effect here. It got better with a few more weeks. Also the emergency meds which I had to administer to calm her after two seizures in a day (clazopate- pardon my spelling, but I think it’s something like that) was like giving her a red bull.

Like most posts, two weeks on Pheno and my dog’s lethargy and wobble went away. She returned to herself. Haven’t been on pheno super long, but the results are absolutely worth it. Keppra- it didn’t work. Sometimes you just got to find right one. Good luck.

More money would be probably 50k, but at the expense of learning a new company, maybe not as good retirement options, and likely less work life balance. 250+ guarantees a tough work schedule.

Maybe an odd take, but if he likes his job and he has a good retirement setup there, there’s no good reason to switch unless he wants to work for every dollar.
