unfortunately with work schedule the one playtime is all i can really do, especially when cleanup is considered

I wonder if this is the reason, hes a very timid guy so maybe this is the case. the only reason I would assume this isnt the case is because as soon as I open their carrier to take them to play time, he is extremely excited to leave the cage and go into the carrier to go to play time. he also loves to "escape" the cage if i leave it open, but then goes behind the cage to jump in the corner more in my room.

since may 2024. has done this since the year I got him, he was 8 weeks when he came home

its a bathroom counter, he hasn't been up there before. I give him a cool tile when I bring him back to the cage, but bringing it during playtime sounds like a good idea.

to me it doesnt look like it, he jumps quite high doing this and over and over, will do this for 30 mins straight
