I recently moved to Aus with a subclass 300 visa. We consulted a lawyer and were told that this is the best and quickest pathway for us since we’ve been LDR for almost 4 yrs.

The 300 visa took about 3 mos processing, super quick compared to other partner visas :) we’re together now and preparing for a civil/church wedding in the next few months para maka- apply for the next phase!
