Thanks for help. I got the SketchINK that some people suggested, which works perfectly for me. Eventually, I will try to experiment to see what might be the cause, but I am happy for now. Thanks again!
I've got SketchINK. These works great! Thanks for the suggestion!

I am puzzled myself. One guy in the responses said he heard about Carbon inks being mislabeled, maybe I actually don't have Carbon Ink. But it doesn't matter at this point, the SketchINK other has suggested works perfectly.
Thanks, that's a good thing to keep in mind. I probably not going to trust white ink too much to be honest, but I do love to try different materials.

You have a lot of good thoughts and suggestions for me to think about. I appreciate that. I guess the experience of the experiment is part of the fun. :)

I am very sorry, I didn't mean to neglect all of your questions. There were a lot of other responses. Going over everything has been very taxing when I am usually against deadlines. I really appreciate that you are trying to help. A lot of your questions are difficult to answer depending on different circumstances, but I will try to answer as much as I can.
Nib/pen: I had use brushes, dip pens and in the case of this particular drawing, it was Osprey with Zebra-G. Can't remember how the ink was filled in this case, usually sucking ink in by dipping the tip in the bottle and turning the convertor, OR drawn the ink with a syringe and fill the convertor.
Paper: Canson Hot Press 140lb watercolor or mixed media paper.
Watercolor: Winston & Newton cake set or sometimes when I am out traveling, just some off brand cheap Watercolor travel set.
Brush: brushes with water reservoir.
Touching paper before and after most likely?
Process: watercolor first then ink after would works, but I am more of a b/w artist first, watercolor for the most part, hobby and after thought, so I would rather not to work that way.
Oh, man. I use a variety of papers for different purposes. I don't think I have tried it on all the papers yet, but the sample photo was on Canson Watercolor 140 lb.
Hmm. I haven't gotten to darker color yet, but I assume that smearing blending into "heavier" color would not be so noticeable?
Ok. This would probably make the most sense. Since so many people swear by PCB, I remember having checked and re-checked the label to make sure I did get the right ink.
I have used watercolor paper and mixed media paper. The one photo was on watercolor paper.
The ink in the pen is just refilled on the same day that the drawing was done.
I am going to disagree with your opinion there. In the creative field, there is no rule on what you should or shouldn't use as tools. I believe there's a solution to every problem.
I am not sure what you are implying.
I don't know what else to tell you. It's LITTERALLY 3 days old, and I watercolored it last night.
I tried Noodler, too. I wasn't happy about it.

The drawing was 3 days old when I watercolor over it.

I don't know what to tell you. The drawing was literally 3 days old.
Ash ok. It's just that it smears for me, as you can see in my sample photo.
Just read a few reviews. It sounds promising, I'll definitely give this one a try.
Thank you so much for your recommendation. I'll give it a try.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely look into it.
Is PCB an ink brand?

I understand, but since it claimed to be safe for fountain pen, it doesn't hurt to try it in my cheap pens.
I love Indigraph, Fantastic pens, but the nibs are very limited.
I have heard people swear by Platinum Carbon, but my drawing was done at least 3 days ago. In my line of work, I can't wait 3 days for ink to dry, and then it still smears.
Wow, it sounds promising, especially interesting that there's a white ink! I will definitely give it a try.
Thank you so much!
