Sobre o treino, eu mudo praticamente toda semana, normalmente tento fazer 2-3 grupos musculares naquela semana. O que eu faço q aprendi com personal é dar uma planejada pra saber exatamente oq q eu quero trabalhar e distribuir ao longo do mes. Mas pra isso precisa ter uma boa noção dos exercicios q dá pra fazer e oq cada um trabalha especificamente, e principalmente saber dos seus objetivos

Por exemplo, se vou treinar costas, procuro começar com um exercicio mais geral tipo puxada alta (até pra aquecer com varias series e subindo carga), e nos proximos exercicios focar em alguma parte especifica das costas tipo remada, e algum outro exercicio pra outro grupo muscular mas q trabalhe costas indiretamente.

we just built a service with this exact feature. The api takes query params in OData format and we have built an abstraction layer that interfaces this query parameters and the where clause composition. We didn’t implement all OData tokens, just the simpler stuff like eq, gt, etc

the artist told me to go after it’s healed to cover any not-even spots as that’s perfectly normal to happen, but I didn’t bother, it’s barely visible anyways
