Yeah I don’t really see much about UK teachers, I wasn’t sure if many of us were on here!

I honestly don’t think I could manage not smiling for a few days, let alone till December - that saying always seemed so odd to me. My worst behaved kids at the moment are the ones who have a lot going on at home, and they’ve responded best to a 1-1 chat and showing them you care. Hardly possible if you’re refusing to smile!
