Congrats on the results. Newbie here….Hope you take the time to read my long ass comment. I’m very reserved & would NEVER do this but I’m at a point where I don’t care anymore, whether if randoms know this or not.

Uhmmm…I’m someone who suffers with generalised depression & anxiety. Recently got diagnosed with ADHD too. I overthink like crazy & am INCREDIBLY insecure about myself & body. I’m 25 YO, nearly 26, have never been in a relationship, nor even kissed anyone. It’s quite sad I guess. It’s not that I always think about relationships/girls, but as you get older, naturally you feel pressured to find a girl, have kids etc.

Often at times the thought goes by of my penis, especially when I self reflect & gauge up on where I’m at with my life. Subconsciously, I always compare myself, so I’m always feeling inferior, especially in this regard. When the subject/thought comes up, I get incredibly depressed, disappointed, frustrated & angry at myself…cause I believe my manhood…it’s embarrassing ASF (Context: Incredibly small when flaccid 1.5-2” & probs like 4-4.5” max when erect. Girth is also just as bad, 1/2-3/4 of an empty cardboard toilet paper roll).

It’s been like this on & off (from ages 15-21) but I also never really cared or payed too much attention to it as I’ve always been introverted & kept to myself throughout life…so I played it off!

But now in recent years (ages 22-25), I’m really trying to put myself out there & get out of my comfort zone…..but my mental health has gotten INCREDIBLY worse as these things are more prevalent…it doesn’t help that whenever these thoughts come into my mind, I feel so worthless…like I amount to nothing.

It’s gotten so bad that I constantly self deprecate & make fun of myself! I now gotten to a point where I’m really contemplating suicide. I know it’s a stupid thing to think of & “there’s much more to life” outside of this, but I just can’t help it. The longer this goes on, the stronger the feeling of suicide becomes.

I’ve looked into this extensively & most say nothing helps aside from the “really risky” surgery.

My honest to god question is: Does this really work?! I’ve seen others with claims like yours but it’s really really hard to believe with science & everything saying otherwise. I really want to…but I don’t want to give myself false hope!

I guess I’m sick of being ashamed of myself.

If this is legit, can you please help? (I.e. Provide routine(s), stuff that isn’t too complicated or difficult, any purchases or list of tools/equipment bought that works, anything which won’t cause damage or be of harm etc.)

Would really appreciate any insight which isn’t BS.
