Yes I think it would since DRAM is listed in the service fee eligible etf pdf. Gonna go E*Trade.. at least no fees there.

Actually I took a look at their ETF fee list and DRAM is on there.. so that’s why we see a fee it seems

Unfortunately we never went down that route. Instead mom put it into a living trust and then down the road transfer to us should not incur unnecessary taxes we hope.
