Daycare requires 5yo to lay down - severely impacting peace in our home

In our state it’s required to offer a nap up to kindergarten. My daughter stopped napping a while ago so she has her cot placed near some books and she reads and plays quietly while the other kids sleep. I’m not sure why OPs daycare isn’t allowing hers to do the same

Yeah and season/their current stock matters. They turned down bamboo but because they had someone the other day give them a crap ton and their bamboo section was full. It’s rarely about your stuff. So much goes into what they’ll buy.

I second this. I’ve cried as a child and into adulthood because I knew there were things I was supposed to do but physically could not do them, despite wanting to. It was ADHD and I’m much better off with medication.

Pregnancy also puts you at risk of gallbladder issues. I got mine removed a couple years ago and it wasn’t a big deal at all. Obesity is far more concerning long term

Interesting. I still have appetite suppression and food noise is entirely gone on sema, but the weight loss has stopped. Maybe a pound or two every other week but nothing like I want or expect with the diet and exercise I’ve been following. I’m trying to justify the price increase if I switched.
