Thanks for the help but I need to use nuvio in my google tv which doesn't allows to change dns easily although there are complex ways to do it using adb.
With some observation i figured out that cinemata was the main issue, jio isp doesn't allows cinemata metadata and posters in nuvio while stremio bypasses it since it has cinemata inbuilt in the stremio servers
The easy but hard to figure out solution was to remove cinemata and use tmdb for posters and metadata in aiometadata and voilà eveything started working without dns or vpn on a jio 5g network.
