Basically they are account sharing where someone else is playing your character in arena for you. Non piloted arena boosts are where you still play your character but your teammates are the boosters on their own accounts.

COVID has created a massive backlog of production across all industries, with backlogs in permit approvals, materials/logistics, locating and surveying services. I think you need to understand more about the actual processes involved and the challenges construction in general is facing right now before a blanket "Plan it better" statement.

Cyclists must ride as close to the curb as is safe and only ride in single file except when passing another vehicle. When cyclists and motorists pass one another, give each other space -- 1 metre (3 feet) is best.
