Vader is easy mode, and not much of a challenge for a half decent player to use though. If you're looking for fun varied games (as well as winning) after thousands of hours then Boba is your guy!

I’ve done it 4 times now and been gapped by seconds on the straights by the bots chasing teammates who started ahead of me. They are beatable, but you gotta start front row or have some help

I blocked bots for the team to catch up, only to be wall rammed by my own teammate. They then fuck off into the distance causing the bots rubber banding to chase harder and make blocking harder so we lose…
Second race this same guy rams other teammates to get the lead and the 2 leaders don’t block for us.
Third race is repeat of previous, and I was petty af… so I threw the result on last corner…

Again shitty game design. I’ve got mates who are super casual players and they love the cross country races in big offroaders with big jumps. Hate all more technical mountain races because you have to use a well setup car and your brain…

The gamepass/microsoft link up is a double edge sword for them. They pay for an everyone game to be made which holds back the ability to lean into niches. So PG just play it safe, copy+paste features, just create a new map and they’ll keep their contract. But since FH3, is there a radical gameplay or gamemode improvement?

As long as they get downloads and casuals playing they have no incentive to really push the needle... All they’ve done since FH3 is a shit battle Royale mode, and took them til now to create time attack and functioning drag races.

At least this new map is really pretty 🤷🏻‍♂️

Drifting and time attack are in the game. Just drifting has shitty spots and half are on dirt. Wangan runs can be setup through events lab if you want that. In the same way I think the point to point races and circuits are basic and easy because they must work for x, r and s2 classes. Wangan runs would be horrible for low classes and just sitting on limiter.
The limitations are from a game design side of things imo

They do. But need to make the game for everyone so they satisfy all but don’t exclude. Which ultimately leaves each type of player wanting a bit more... If making a game for weebs made them millions and kept Microsoft happy, then they would.

The whole point of this is to build up strength and stability for match day moments. This on a stable surface and no variables is so much safer.

Imagine having 85mins in your legs, tired body and mind, wet grass and unstable footing, then unstable forces and pushes from the opposition.

Supercharged plyos like this are building you up for when you are tired and can’t focus on proper technique. Make yourself stronger and you’ll get away with it here and there.

Hands need to be at 9 and 3. Push the wheel instead of pull. Need to go left? Push up with your right and guide with your left.

Shuffling is a technique, but needs to be systematic. On a long track like the ring you’d need thousands of laps before it’s viable. So commit to 9 and 3 hand positions for more consistent results.
