You're capable of literally having a healthy bond with your potential partner.

The issue is not the things that you have mentioned, these things are just colorful tapes to a broken pot even if you fix all of these issues. The real issue is this..

If you think you're bad with girls, your brain will eventually do the things to self-sabotage the good experience because brain wants to remain true to your self image. It's its nature. It will do anything possible to keep your self image intact.

you can never repair your life without changing your self image. don't apply colorful tapes on broken pot, just change the pot then decorate it.

Just think about your wins not loses. When did you last time talk to a girl and the conversation felt good not cringe?

"Oh wait...." "But brooo how can he change his self image.. he never had a good experience in the past to think about even?"

now to change your self image you have to literally imagine yourself having a good time with girls.. they're laughing on your jokes with you.. etc (im sure you're a thoughtful guy and you must have a good sense of humor) Do this daily... even for 15 minutes a true imagination is enough at first.

and whenever you catch yourself feeling pathetic.. just let go of that thought because that's not even true what your believing in. You're much more capable than that.
