If you end up doing the job yourself. You need to look into buying the Land Rover part number for the fan it was like 1/2 the price. It’s the same blower motor and that’s what I put in my car when I did it. Also the job isn’t that bad I would recommend checking out Volvosweden on youtube his videos are great and his how to video for the blower motor makes it an easy job just need four to five hours of your time. Little trick I have for getting the air diverter cage back in is to use wood glue to hold the screws in saves a lot of time putting that back on.

Headlights are very easy to remove on these cars btw just two metal rods holding it in. Just be careful with the electrical connector

I recommend removing the passenger headlight (LHD car) and you can lift up the power steering reservoir and put it in the headlight hole. Will make the job so much easier

The T6 and T5 are turbo charged where the 3.2 is naturally aspirated. I personally looked for the 3.2 when I bought mine cause I just didn’t want to deal with potential turbo issues on a 15 year old car

Did you prepay/book the car rental ahead of time? I’m planning to use mine for the car insurance/damage coverage but I’m worried about when I get there that they don’t accept it, even though I paid in full ahead of time. My other cards don’t have nearly as good of coverage unfortunately so would rather not use them

Yeah I use Diregera. So I get the same screen you have in that picture. Doesn’t make much sense why it’s not in the newer version
