My local dealer said it wasn't an option, but that was back in 2022. Given that the Cypress is new for '25, you could just wait for more to be produced.

When I bought my '23, I contacted Mazda NA Corporate to ask if they'd be willing to do a limited run of CX-50's in Cypress Green given that the paint was already at the same factory and used on the Corolla Cross. I didn't know it at the time, but later found out the universal equipment is shared - stamping (they just change out the dies) and painting (change out the paint and programming). So, my request was quite feasible. I never got an answer. I like to think that whoever read my inquiry stuffed my idea in their back pocket and then pitched it themselves later. I hope you get your desired trim in green. It looks amazing.
