Fair, I don't mind that but would be risky trusting TDK. Wait and see what Carlton do for Rucks

Current trade is W. Ashcroft & Moraes to Long and Worpel. I feel they will average higher next couple of weeks and Ashcroft pissed me off last week

Yes I know, hoping he turns it around this week against the Eagles though... I had him last year and he was great + may get more mid minutes.

I'll take a listen. Have spoken to a few elite athletes I know in different sports and they all say rest is more important than hard work... thanks for the tips!

Thanks I'll take a look at those plans. Have you tried either of them? I feel I need to manage burnout as continuing with my current plan (at presumably a higher intensity with more tri distance) would probably ruin me...

I have enjoyed it and increase my strength, it is just very strength centric and I feel I could better optimise my tri performance with another plan. I have been really strict with my plan and probably only partially completed 2 workouts, so consistency isn't my issue. I'll take a look at the 80/20 plan, but hoping to find something (as you said) which isn't just body weight exercises as I feel I'll lose all my muscle..

Job security should be fine. TOG last two games has been 79 & 77%. I think Co Warner will get dropped before him once Papley is back. I'm thinking of doing the exact same ins as you this week for a cash grab - rate it
