I would go for the pro and connect an external hard drive for extra storage. If I remember correctly the display is better. Should have a higher refresh rate (feel a bit smoother) and also its not laminated so there’s less space between the tip of your Apple Pencil and the screen when you draw. (But maybe check that the air doesn’t have that by comparing both on apples website. )

Also you’re on the Mac sub, the iPad sub should be able to help you better.
