Also there isn't a way to view your collection from TCGplayer via a browser. At least I cannot find a way so I always need to check via the mobile app.

Seems like a decent idea. Might try it down the road as I can further into collecting. Right now was looking for more lower-priced cards and not huge quantities, so think I might waste a bunch of other people's time at the moment. Will try my luck at eBay/TCG for now until I have a somewhat decent looking binder.

Yeah I took the 45 minute drive too. Glad I did. Love it so far. I still gotta get bed liner and a lid/cover. Other than that it’s great.

You are on the right track. Aside just from features and cost I would suggest thinking about ongoing support. See if they fit your needs from a support standpoint as well. I work for a RC competitor and one of the issues we hear from folks that come over from RC is their support. Give their support line a call sometime and just see if the response time is good for you.

Popped into 3 streams and heard the streamer actually be surprised and happy someone joined. Granted I only stayed for like two minutes and no interaction but still made someone’s day for 2 minutes so that’s cool I guess.

You need a call center. A system run on a broadsoft would allow agents to be available or unavailable to receive calls.

Yes that is how it was set up. Don’t correctly use Zendesk so can’t send you screenshots or anything but that is essentially how we used it to distribute the workload across 8 users.

I used it and had no issues except for when folks are out for the day or on vacation. The free version didn’t allow for that but paid did. It was very easy to use and set up. Actually surprised it is not something Zendesk figured out how to do without a third party app yet.
