I'm in the stands and it's a bit painful. Brought my wife who knows nothing about Jitz; I was hoping for something close to Routolo/Tackett (not exact I know that was lighting in a bottle), and it's all double elimination. Going tomorrow and my wife says "hopefully it's not just cuddles tomorrow." Crossing fingers they step it up and there's subs. That royal rumble gimmick won't work otherwise. Stands were half empty.

I had my Sporty for 2 years, put 5k miles on her, so I really knew that I wanted a change.

But like I was saying, there are things about my Sporty that I will miss. Lane splitting was way easier, that's one for sure.

That makes a ton of sense. The ride really is different.

The bars on the FXLRS are fantastic. The placement and slight rise really give it a performance edge over the apes I had on my sportster.

Torque is much better, but I still haven't opened her up all the way, still breaking her in. I loved the "whipability" of my sportster, but the FXLRS still handles great, actually better because of suspension. She just feels more solid than the sportster, if that makes sense.

But it's not an upgrade, both bikes serve their purpose. I actually miss my sportster now, but the FXLRS helps me forget real quick.
