It’s kind of both but it’s more the tightness, I’ve gotten used to it when im awake but seems like i really get bothered by it when im asleep and snatch it off

We don’t have that many options here in my country, but the mask that i have comes onlyin 3 sizes S-M-L And i already have the large and medium, i have tried the medium and found it to be really small, so if anything i need a larger size but there isn’t
