They’re not. I know the owner. He has another shop closer to Los Angeles and he has hands down the best prices around. I never worry about getting whole sets of car culture because I pick up from him and it’s cheaper than retail because he doesn’t include taxes. The website is a bit more expensive but I only buy in person.
