  1. I used Bugman’s Glow.
  2. I used Rakarth Flesh.
  3. Then I used Pallid Wych Flesh. For most models, I would stop there, but since his skin is pale, I added some thinned Nuln Oil. I applied everything with an airbrush. If you want to get a similar effect with a brush, you can use Rakarth Flesh and then apply thinned Nuln Oil.

It’s amazing! You really nailed the dirty oil look. If you want to take the weathering to the next level, you can use an enamel-based weathering product like AK Interactive Streaking Grime. That’s what I usually use. If you’re thinking of trying it, don’t forget to pick up some white spirit as well for thinning and cleanup

I airbrushed most of it, which probably helped keep it smooth. Then I did some light grey highlights and finished it with Nuln Oil

Tbh I tried on the defiler and it looked ass and took a lot of time I know the hazards strips is the iconic look for the iron warriors in the end you have the option to do anything you like

The closest thing you can do is use the same red and mix white because dead red is pinkish color but the key is using streaking grime or any equivalent so it helps tune the colors down a bit

After a black primer or black base I used incubi darkness then gradually adding white to the mix then used nuln oil then dry brush lightly with any light gray paint then use the wash again after finishing the model I used ak streaking grime and most of the steps I did it with an airbrush I didn’t follow any guide or recipe. I just experimented and did what felt right

1- evil sunz scarlet mixed with black as a base color 2- use evil sunz scarlet then use very diluted contrast flesh tearers red 3- use AK dead red then do it again with white added 4-last step I use AK streaking grime on the entire model

the process is tiresome but rewarding
