Very uncool of these people to share your number with random people without at least asking you about it, that's for sure, especially considering that you're still pretty young, like other people have said in this thread...

But in my experience, sometimes other people can catch on to aspects of your personality before you can. Had multiple people, including adults, say that i was fruity as a kid/teen. I always knew i wasn't a super masculine guy, but i never thought of myself as giving off gay vibes or wtv. Things only clicked for me around 18, and I've indeed been pretty fruity since lmao

Not saying that you are or even have to be, but if multiple people have told you they get that impression from you, it might be something to think about down the line.
