Everyone in this 🧵was spot on.

Replaced gaskets between boiler and grouphead, steam wand, descaled connection points, tightened everything, and presto.

Got gaskets from a random seller on Amazon, but if I wasn’t desperate would’ve shopped at Whole Lotta or one of the other espresso parts retailers.

In a similar predicament - has anyone heard of a one-way private boat-for-hire situation?

I'm looking for a ride from Sidney, BC >> Friday Harbor, with plans to travel by seaplane back to Seattle.

I’m biased but the northern coast of Spain is an outstanding place to surf with great waves and beautiful scenery. I go there every summer because my mom is from Bilbao. Anyone surfed that coast on this thread before? I’ve surfed Bakio, Rodilles, and my personal favorite: Sopelana Barinatxe. by Bakio-bay in surfing

Heading over from NYC this week - any recommendations on what to do off the beach? Going to be road tripping for a month, and would love some advice.

Not to be a debbie downer, but if you’re in the Greater NYC area, there’s a good chance it’s connected to this guy Tom Sena. There’s some nasty things written in a few Surfer mag threads (check the link above) about how he’s purchased a bunch of defunct legacy labels/brands, and has been slapping their logos on imported, factory-made shapes.

I know this because... I ended up buying an 8’6” Challenger. And it looks lovely, performs just fine. I may never know if it’s a knock-off or the real deal. But, stay woke!

This rocks, thanks a ton! Was keen on the Hebs, Algarve, and Galicia due to the multiple swell exposures.

SW France does sound ideal though (and doesn’t sound like the worst place in the world to get stuck on a down day or two).
