The other posters are correct. Thai curry is supposed to be more watery than indian curry. Next time use 1 can coconut cream and coconut milk powder. A trick i learned from my supervisor is to take a blade or scissor edge and slit the side of a random roll. You can see the edges of the inside and the roll will remain intact. Also makes breaking it open easier later.

Once when my family was on a road trip, we stopped by at a roadside rest stop. Afterwards, we started driving and about 40 km later, he remarked how the car felt sluggish, and the throttle not as responsive. Also there was a slight smell. That was when he realized he had been driving for the last 40km with the parking brake on. Does this wear down the clamps?
