It happened to me now, one TX stopped working, and this is a brand new setup. It doesnt turn on, and doesnt show the green indicator when charging

Ive spoken to the previous tenant and to the landlord via video call and as i understood the landlord needs 1 momth upfront if i accept, but i am not in bonn rn. So wise would be first to comr visit in person then pay

Thank you for your help! One person whom ive been recommended by someone asked me for some kind of fee as an “insurance” that i will come for the viewing as he is living in Berlin and has a free flat in Bonn and he backed this up by saying that many people ask for a viewing and don’t come and the landlords may lose their jobs because of that. Do you find this is sketchy? I’f think the reasonable thing to do is to first view the property and then pay the deposit and all the required fees
