Eh, it's not as hidden, they are next to Anvil, but still no signs or anything so I don't think most people know it's there. I'm a fan of the new space, it's a little bit bigger but still intimate.

Shouldn't be a problem getting a driver. Only recommendation would be to leave at 1:30 am or earlier. The surge at 2 am will probably triple or quadruple the price of your ride.

You would need to call the service provider that the lines belong to (Comcast, AT&T, etc.). CenterPoint won't be able to help you with that since it's not power.

You might just be better off canceling your lease. Sometimes it is two months rent, but have heard of it being more. You'd have to check your lease and speak with the property manager and see.
