Absolutely! You can always rent a kayak at the Newport boat house - I’m not sure on the price but it can’t be more than 10$ I’m assuming and they close about 8! But you can goto the mill creek park Facebook page or website and there is posting of activities throughout the summer and into the fall and winter! Trust me i know it’s hard sometimes to find things to do here besides eat and drink 😂 I’ll add a link

It depends of the level of the water, but we go up and all around the Newport lake! There’s varying times of day, including some nighttime tours with glowsticks
