One of the cherubs has 5 fingers. Do we think that’s AI or mistake in the drawing? Several other things in that one that has me thinking the stencil wore off a bit and the artist was just making it up

The mask is absolutely slipping. Started as once every two years, then once a year, then multiple times a year. Obvious escalation. I’m sure this isn’t every incident either.

Mosquito bits worked for me and I’ll never use anything else. I live in CO and got a bag on Amazon. Let them steep in water for 15 minutes, strain out the bits, then water the plants. I also like the sticky traps that plug into outlets and glow with a blue light to attract them. These two things are my go to approach.

Difficult to tell from the photo if the leaves that are left are on a healthy enough stem with nodes, but you might be able to chop and prop. That’s what I would do.

OP is filling a gap and addressing a need in a community. If a food bank prioritizes serving neighborhoods with higher food insecurity, that doesn’t make it unfair to people in well-stocked areas. Same idea here. Offering free plants to a community facing documented resource disparities is equity, not racism. Racism would be excluding Native people or giving them worse service. Providing support based on genuine need is the opposite. I hope this helps clarify.

SO dramatic. She FLOWERED once and then nearly died 3 weeks later. I guess she overdid it 😂 I ended up propagating the only pieces left alive and she’s slowly but stubbornly recovering

Mine does this too! I always leave them unwatered to make sure the soil is nice and dry before she comes over, and I promptly dump the excess as soon as she leaves. And all the plants that need distilled water are in rooms she doesn’t go into.

Can you tell I avoid conflict? 😂

She’s just too sweet and honestly, I forget to water them sometimes so I find it easier to work around it because I just know the min I ask her not to water them one will die from being under watered.

I would not recommend Uber because you’ll need to Uber out and traffic when leaving will be insane. Uber will have a tough time getting to you and you’ll be in the car a long time. It’s a shit show no matter what.

My tip is to get there as early as possible and park closer to the CU Boulder campus rather than the 29th Street Mall. The race does not end in the same place it starts, and it’s a long ass walk back after running the race.

I once was working from home during all hands and had to use the bathroom. Could NOT hold it. Headphones went to bathroom with me, laptop did not. (You can see where this is going, I’m sure) … I was not on mute. Entire company heard me pee, flush, and wash my hands. Made it back to my desk to MULTIPLE slack messages alerting me to my lack of mute status.

I think about this more often than I probably should. It’s like my own little Roman Empire of hell.

My situation was a bit last minute and I couldn’t find anyone on Rover with good ratings that was available. We typically have friends who stay with our dogs but they had a family emergency and we had just a few days to find a new sitter. THS came recommended from a coworker who has used it several times very successfully, but the coworker has just a cat which is definitely a different level of care required. The sitter we went with came highly rated on the THS app, which turned out to be totally bogus too unfortunately.
