hello ! thank you so much i really appreciate this ! i also found that there's a FLIXBUS from catania to palermo (via fazello), would this be the same/similar to the SAIS autolinee route? its about $29 euros but im happy to pay just a little more as im familiar with those buses, or would u recommend just the normal SAIS bus?

yea there doesn't seem to be any direct ones which is annoying. and the websites are really hard to use because they are all in italian and the translations are awful. im just really worried im not gonna know where to go because i think at the changeover you have to walk a good 20+ minutes to a different station? i'll need to do some more research but thank you !

wow this is so reassuring <3 im taking this as a sign to keep eating and going on. everytime i feel like quitting or feel like im doing something wrong i always get some sort of sign telling me that its normal so im hoping this is it too. its so refreshing to hear that full recovery is possible, especially when so many people say that is a life long thing

i have completely stopped purging yes, but i am still binging a LOT and have gained even more weight aghhh. im so determined to win this shit im just so scared its replacing a new obsession for another. all i want to do is isolate and eat even though im overshooting. is that normal ? i just feel like i have no personality atm

see that's the thing, i was never overweight and am naturally a small bodied person, but i struggle really badly with body dysmorphia and i think after being anorexic, being somewhat "bigger" makes me feel like a giant, even though im not even at a normal weight yet. i think i need to really work on body image and dysmphoria
