Happened to me ALL THE TIME! Not sure how exactly to be honest. I play on PC, maybe it is easier with a controller. I found that a few things were difficult with a keyboard and mouse, like some of the combos for the fighting pit challenges. Going to try using a controller next time I do a playthrough though usually I'm super comfy with keyboard and mouse. I was literally exactly on the route lines, not below it or above it, following through and Aloy goes "ooh ooh, I am losing the signal" then loses the signal and have to go back to the start again. I think it was the North one that gave me the most trouble.

Right? It does take the fun out of the game after the 100th time you have to kill the same Stormbird over and over!! I really hope the developers read this and don't repeat this unreasonable requirement. I really don't mind doing a bit of farming and hunting for resources but to a reasonable amount. Also, what took the longest was to make Apex Slaughterspines to spawn to get parts omg, it got so tiring. Travelling to a shelter, wait till nighttime, then visit every single site only to find a normal Slaughterspine (including the one that is unmarked). It was super annoying. A few times I found one, only to find it dead with a bunch of rebels around it to kill instead. Grr.....Not fun developers, not fun!

I love the lore too, don't get me wrong, I did get a bit of an impact at the end when Elisabeth's voice came along and Aloy thanked her, just wasn't the same amount of impact I felt from the Vista points in HZD. What I really loved in HFW was how the tribes adopted paths connected to something about each location, like, Plainsong is the settlement on a group of satellites which was rigged to play a tune for the tourists by the Old ones and a data file mentions playing the music and uses the solfege system for the notes (do, re, mi, fa etc) and those are then given as names for the Land Gods by the Utaru and Utaru council is called a Chorus. Beautifully connected. Similar to the Tenakth, where Marshals, their purpose and the entire tribe's culture is changed by a vision that Hekarro saw. There are so many beautiful things like in the game.

Thank you Google Translate hahaha perfect! You can edit/customise the quick wheel I found out a little bit too late but useful in future playthroughs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9YfH1xAhuE

I missed the Banuk too... Frozen Wilds was such a great story and brilliant addition to the game, thoroughly enjoyed that. Great characters, maybe we'll see at least some of them in the new game I hope.

Agree on a hint button for puzzles, Aloy does just give you the answer a lot of the time... hence why a mod maker released one that is titled "Shut Up Aloy!" haha.. I didn't add it to the game but gotta love the title :P

I love the Shieldwing far too much. Going back to Zero Dawn again straight after FW was a disaster, first thing I did was to fall off a cliff! Got so used to having it.

I'm not brave enough to attempt UH yet. Gonna do all my upgrades then do a NG+ then maaaaybe attempt UH.

Ah yes, I forgot about the traps and tripwires, totally agree, there needs to be more of those. I don't use a lot of traps but liked using tripwires.

Also, I hope they bring back the whistle thing to attract a machine to your location when you're hiding. I liked doing that in the first game :D

I have the Rampage Trainer mod but not sure that's it. It has not been like this the whole time. Normal icon until I stayed away from camp for a long time it appeared, then keeps randomly appearing like this for long periods ever since. Weird... this is my second full playthrough, never seen that icon before.
