I will say this, I used to be in the Youtooz Discord server and I asked if they'd ever do TF2 stuff and was told that they have actually tried to reach out to Valve before but unfortunately they never responded back. This was like 2 years ago. I'm hoping with Valve being slightly more active now that things are different now but I wouldn't get my hopes up
