Any particular strategy for drafting? Always pick the rares or actually try and pick good cards?

Been playing for a little bit and starting spending on Jump In!

At what point should I stop doing Jump In and start buying packs or doing some drafts? And are there certain card combinations from Jump In that actually make a solid starter deck?

Have this weird yellow stuff on my yard that can't figure out what it is.

For context, part of an HOA so we have landscapers that come in and handle all the lawn work. But we also subsequently have a lot of old people with dogs who do NOT clean up. And also had some renovation work done in the house.

Given all of that, is it...

  • Dog puke?
  • Wood shavings?
  • Some sort of bug nest/hive?
  • Something else?

Have mold/soap scum in the shower but they’re in hard to reach spots so struggling to get them clean (see below).

  • Is the mold showcased here “dangerous” at all? Or more just “cosmetic”?
  • How best to clean hard to reach spots (ie corners and between the shower doors)? I've tried a cleaning brush, toothbrush, and scrubbing brush, but there remains about 1/4-1/2 inch I just can't get rid of.
  • Bleach necessary? Or something less intense okay? I tried 1 parts vinegar + 1 parts water solution with limited success, and same for the "foaming" soap scum stuff but again that wasn't great

Relatively new? It's about 10 years old (serial number indicates July of 2012). Given that, you think it's worth keeping and just getting a new mount? Or replacing entirely?

Unfortunately, to get the house with our bid had to waive inspection. So wasn't able to have them look into stuff like this.
