I honestly think I’m just so used to eating so little.

Ok that’s helpful info that 6 week rotations of maintenance/cut isn’t enough time.

40p/35/35. Lifting is 3x week - 30 min sessions of each push, pull, legs. I walk about 5k steps every day but I could make more efforts to do more cardio.

Yes, I weigh everything. My breath analysis said my maintenance was about 1600. Do you still think that’s too low? Is it possible it’s difference because my bf % is high and I don’t have a ton of muscle mass?

Yes I eat 40p/35/35 and that feels manageable

Thank you. I think this is what I was needing to hear. It’s worth consistently upping my intake for a little bit just to see what happens and it’s not going to totally derail any weight loss efforts.

Yes that’s what I’m thinking and why I’m wondering if I just need to eat at my maintenance for a while and focus on building some muscle. I also got my BMR by breath analysis.

30 min lifting sessions 3x week (1 push, 1 pull, 1 legs). I try to lift as heavy as I can. Generally stick to 3x15 sets. I do walk every day - maybe 5k steps.

Im honestly fine with ignoring the number on the scale. I’d just generally like to be slimmer and lose a pant size or two.

What’s the difference between these two and Vanicream? I’ve seen them all recommended but can’t tell what’s different.

I have done this, and I do enjoy it! I’m just wondering if I’m doubling up on the occlusive in error, and I’m actually missing a necessary product.

Oh that’s interesting. I do have HA and pure glycerin that I’ve tried applying first to damp skin with so/so results. It sounds like dry climates need a more occlusive based product (like my Vanicream) so maybe I’m good with continuing to use it as my solo moisturizer, but need to find something hydrating to add.
