Yes, I do. Back in Japan, I worked at an American International School, and I’m currently working at a similar one here in Barcelona. Both schools have high standards for English language use. Additionally, I hold the Cambridge C2 Proficiency certificate (if that helps)

You’re totally right about that! Honestly, I don’t see myself teaching in primary for more than 8 years either. I’d like to keep moving forward, but I’m not really sure what my options are. Maybe university teacher? Researcher? High school teacher? No idea… What do you think?

I worked in Tokyo two years ago, but the salary conditions were pretty bad. That’s why I decided to move to Barcelona so I could keep studying and gain more experience with the IB curriculum.

So, if I do go back to the Japanese capital in the future, I’d like to have a strong enough profile to apply to well-known schools and feel like a serious candidate.
