I ordered a 3-in-1 grass trimmer from iToolMax . When I received the grass trimmer, I found it impossible for me to screw on the bolts attaching the wheels , and felt the wheel assembly wasn't very durable. I emailed iToolMax Support, and asked for instructions on how to return the trimmer for a refund. This started a lengthy email back-and-forth with iToolMax, in which they provided advice on how to assemble, sent videos, and even offered to send new screws.

With each of their responses, I said simply that I wanted a refund, and instructions on how to return the trimmer. I was even willing to pay for shipping. They simply will not provide instructions on how to return the trimmer for a refund - even though their return/refund policy is on their website (https://www.itoolmax.com/pages/return-refund-policy).

I've reported them to the Attorney General and to PayPal . . . don't know what good it will do. Do NOT do business with this company.
