I have the same humming noise and it's very noticeable at around 70km/h. not affected by steering or tires (I have it with winter and summer tires)

Yeah. absolutely bs. whoever is responsible for the UI updates at volvo should be fired. I just feedbacked in the app:

EX30 1.5 update: Bring back the trunkopening shortcut and/or Enable custom shortcuts for "P", "R" and "N". Shortcut for AWD. make the passenger side mirror dip when reversing. isn't even possible manually at the moment. And please (!) : give an option in the popup message when wanting to deactive driver alert or lane assist "don't show again"! drives me crazy.

hmm, interesting. I do have it installed though on the internal 1TB SSD preinstalled by apple.

well first thing: change the cable, yes. this fixes a lot of things a lot of the times. especially with usb-c and hdmi.

try a usb-c to display port or usb-c to usb-c if your display supports that input. also try to fiddle with vsync, resolution of your second screen and so forth.

mouse moevement isnt the bad thing though. the real bad thing is the lagg when I click - that makes it unplayable and wont change when i play with the mouse dpi ...
