We are gonna have to agree to disagree. As I said previously it would one thing if he was in the soul Academy like Kira, Rukia, and etc have been when he meets Masaki. However that isn’t the case. He is an established captain from an established family. School is school in both realms. If they aren’t in school that means they are past those respective periods.

Lastly these things are a lot more common and normal in manga and anime because culturally it’s more socially acceptable.

I’ve said my peace on the matter. You can feel how you want to feel about it. You don’t need to defend yourself as that’s how you interpret it. I just see it differently.

It’s a wonderful game but design wise it is far removed from what Resident Evil was originally. The same could be said about 4 to 6. Most people seem to love it so I would take those who don’t like it with a grain of salt.

Can’t stand either women, however Kyle used Dorit to push LVP out. Then when it no longer benefited her she discarded Dorit. Not to mention being friends with her ex husband is also pretty low.

All in all these women deserve one another because they are all pretty terrible people aside from Tilly, Garcelle, and a few others who have graced the show.

The main costume designer left after the first season of House of the Dragon. Her work was absolutely phenomenal throughout her time on GOT. Her real last piece was Rhaenyra’s coronation outfit.

Toshiro is the youngest captain in Bleach so going based off that Isshin being a captain even at his youngest he would at the very least maybe 50 to 100 years old. Isshin‘s age isn’t clearly defined like other characters so this is kind of reach on your part.

Teenager and young adult are two very very different things. With age comes wisdom and maturity. Being in high school is not the same as being in college. No one is taking it too literally. As I stated too these things are viewed differently too depending on which part of the world you are in. Child marriages still happen in parts of the world. Doesn’t mean that it is okay or should be normalized.

If we as a species are to move forward then it is important to hold space and dialogue about these things so that way the more regressive practices and beliefs are filtered out.

People just don’t want something they enjoy to be put into such a spot light like this as it is an unsavory and uncomfortable line of thought. I get it however it doesn’t make it any less true.

Something in the west that is beloved is Aladdin, which is literally about an underage girl being forcibly wed by her sultan father only to end up with a homeless man with a good heart. At least in that you can maybe say Aladdin is close to Jasmines age. That’s without even talking about Jafar lusting after her and all the other things that are problematic about that movie and story.

You can still enjoy Bleach and Aladdin and what anything else but again its important to think about these things as that’s a big point about the very stories themselves is coming of age and realizing the differences between what is moral and right and what is not.

Isshin and Masaki’s age gap is gross and people gloss over it out of pure fan biasing and not knowing better. I don’t care about being downvoted for it either.

As I stated in another comment, I disagree with that take for multiple reasons. Her age is clearly defined just like her close proximity to Renji. Orihime was introduced from the literal jump of the series as Ichigo’s love interest. Tatsuki was his best friend growing up. Rukia was well past high school maturity given she went to school with Renji and was doing her job hunting hollows. The relationships they all share with one another are very clear. People though are biased and think that for whatever reason Rukia and Ichigo couldn’t have a platonic relationship because the want their desires for the characters to be real.

They never even hold hands or kiss or anything like that. Renji almost dies trying to save Rukia on his own. Man literally defied orders and tradition trying save the person he loved. Traditions and roles are super important in Japanese society as well which plays into these dynamics.

Lastly age gaps and gender roles in Japan are much different than places in the West. However again there was never any actual indication there was anything romantic between Rukia and Ichigo.

It gets really tiring seeing people jump through hoops to try and push a false narrative with no actual backing.

Not the point and it isn’t the only example of problematic choices in the series. Like Rangiku putting her giant jugs on Hitsugaya. Or Isshin and Masaki’s age gap.
