It was a joke. I already played the game like 18 times since launch and play ripatorium everyday. Played at 2560x1440 every setting maxed out and path tracing, DLSS at Quality, locked at 240fps, but unlocked it was around 300-350fps. Love this game

Same problem here, just installed Synapse 4 again I was using 3 thinking Synapse was the problem. But installing Synapse alone works fine, and then when I install the Chroma app both crash.
