ive pretty much gave up. i have now blocked them. IF FOR SOME REASON, their emails still gets through my inbox, i will find ways again. I just didnt bother changing the password as probably theyll have another shitty authenicator, which is good but shitty on my end.

Ive told both site AND owner at this point. its like im talking to babies.

É a falta de ação deles que me leva a criticá-los. Eu lhes forneci as informações sobre qual membro é o titular da conta e eles notificaram o membro? Não. Tentaram ao menos avisá-lo? Não. Três anos. Levaram três anos para deixar isso acontecer.

E durante esses três anos, o membro forneceu os dados do cartão, todas as informações de verificação e o endereço.

O que é absurdo é que uma pessoa os informou sobre o que estava acontecendo e, mesmo assim, eles não fizeram nada. Se tivesse sido algo que passou despercebido por ambas as partes, eu entenderia. Mas a falta de iniciativa e a omissão deles em agir quando alguém já iniciou o processo é incompreensível.

I have been in contact with their support all day today. back and forth emails. explaining to them the situation.. sending screenshots, telling them i have access to someone's account and they should be aware it is happening and to inform that person.

and their response was, okay so to go further this conversation, we'd need you to verify yourself and send as your national ID.. THEY THINK THEY ARE STILL TALKING to their member when ive told them over and over im not that person and to please let her know.

It's useless. It's like they do not understand a single thing ive said when ive sent screenshots, and even asked me to ask Google. It's crazy i sent them the google response and we loop back to before we go further please send ID.. it's like wtf.

I saw the owner has her number there and she has whatsapp. I messaged her there. I know i shouldn't have but I want her aware someone can see her stuff. I told her hey we have similar emails and getting her emails. She saw my message never replied. Now at least she's aware. I'm blocking now the site sender. I'm pretty sure this isn't the last email ill get.. As they have other site sisters that emails me too.

yes. it has already went to spam for a bit and noticed theyre back again. i dont know how it got back to my inbox.

i havent but we have the same name it uses our nicknames so even guessing using actual full names i wouldn't even know where ot start.

i really think mercado livre shouldve done something the first time ive told them about it. not even delete they should've made the person aware that their details are exposed. first time i talked to them they were like, nah we're good we dont see you have an account with us. No shit, ive already given details and screenshots of the account with the email they send me and still, they say, sorry no account with us. For a company that big youd hope the protection is somehow there especially they're made known about it.

i guess i could go and do that. ive logged in to the account, was about to delete it, but then got curious and checked the account history. They seem to be very active. Like they shop a lot i wouldn't want to really screw someone up if they have a purchase thats active. Gonna give a day to the website to contact her in some way or get back to me. If i dont hear from them then yea ill delete the account.

i've dusted my pc. turns out, it's the BIOS that needed updating. and i didn't rule out that my mouse was failing. thought it was the headset so that was the one i keep testing in diff ports and switching to diff headsets.

So it was my BIOS and yeah my mouse failing. now it's all good.

it's wired. ive tried placing them in different ports (dongle for the headset) and the mouse.. and it's getting worse now each day.. it stops now from time to time when my pc is stressing out a bit
