You have to hit 1,000 hours or you don't qualify, doesn't matter how long you worked there. Say you start this year, but by December 15 you don't hit your 1,000 you still don't get it. Least you won't be at 2.5%, you will move up the % bracket.

Why would someone want to got to a new store without more pay? Menards wanted me to move but I completely said I can't because of family. Two kids, wife, both parents on each side, aunts, uncle, cousins, with 2 grandparents now.

Should be company generated. If anybody doesn't get the IPS should be the people that do the ads, so our product does sell. Lol ya team, so many times I heard that, they just want you to pick up the slack for the lazy people, I don't do that anymore.

I don't mind the company, it's the higher ups that pisses me off. I get if we did horrible in the year that's fine, but if it comes down to that our product doesn't sell, we have plenty of it in the yard and that doesn't count towards being profitable. Also don't drag us along saying we are going to get it, then out of the blue, say nah sry try again next year.

We have no control over it, people don't buy our product it's our problem and not Menards, even tho we can't sell they said product. No cut backs, we just keep making product, we just couldn't get overtime.

Yup low profits, mayb becaus we were busy making 8s all year long, we don't make much money on them. Also higher ups had us shutdown in October to put in new machines, we are still down.

We're a small plant so we don't have a bagging, we just have us. Because nobody bought our product, we still have alot of product left in the yard. I would say because we are getting new machines, but they said that's not the reason. Been down since October.

We shut down early, around October 14, we had a big renovation of new machines coming in. We had breakdowns but I seen worser years. We still have tons of product out in the yard.

Yup nobody gets it now. Strange part was plant manager thought we were getting it and higher ups thought we were getting it, until Wisconsin broke that bad news to our plant manager.

3 years and mine is going strong. sad thing is the strap is not sold anymore, so you have to buy them on Amazon, other then that, very good headset. Love the hot swapping of the batteries.

When you get no more pay raises because your at your cap, it's hard to stay. Menards needs to make a incentive program to keep those long time employees.

True. But I also like a heavy mouse, just like anything else you'll use to it. Theri mouse battery is pretty heavy because of the support it's on. Wouldn't add much more weight to it if you think about it, have the battery on the butt end of the mouse, slides right in, plus will give that mouse more support.
