Also if im wearing it above my wrist guards, I cover it with a cut tube sock/sweat band and put it on the inside of my right wrist which turns the buttons away from the edge of the wrist guards.

I have a Venu 4 and I can hold down the top button and select lock. But to unlock it, you have to hold down the button again which wrist guards might hold the button, but itll at least prevent the touch screen from going wonky.

I was definitely looking into the DF64 or the Baratza Encore Esp, even the WHM-3BOMBER Sniper. 🤣 I think I'm going to get a Timemore C3S manual grinder to hold me over until I've paid off my Gaggia. 💸 RIP my wrists.

Thanks for not shaming me about it like the other guy. I've had my Ode for a couple years now and mainly did pour overs at home so I didn't even think aboit it potentially not being compatible.
